We are seeking a dedicated and resilient SEN Teaching Assistant to join our small, specialist SEND school, supporting children and young people with SEMH and Autism. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about making a real difference, confident in managing challenging behaviour, and able to build strong, trusting relationships with pupils who may have experienced trauma or disruption in their early lives.
