Responsibilities
:
1. Contribute to revenue growth over time through: Representing the Liquidity business through delivery of a high volume of market and product updates and insights to clients across formats (virtual, in person, group etc) Acting as an expert resource on products and markets for introductory/prospecting activity in partnership with Sales Proactively identifying opportunities to grow revenues (product and/or client/sector/geography) Capital raise coordination for new fund launches Coordinating written RFP responses (as required from a product specialist perspective), in coordination with Portfolio Management, Sales and other teams
2. Production of high quality content for clients (incl. regular publications, market updates, ad hoc whitepapers)
3. Deliver internal education and analysis to Sales across all channels
4. Develop a strong internal network across Sales channels to grow mindshare and expand knowledge of our solutions
5. Product strategy for MMF solutions ( market analysis, new product evaluation, launches, shareclass analysis & evolution)
6. Monitor andmunicate key regulatory developments for MMFs, including market and strategy implications
7. Market intelligence &petitive analysis
8. Maintain and evolve real-time KPI metrics individually and for the team
9. Support senior members of the team and senior management as required ( management reporting on KPIs, themes etc)
10. Opportunities to travel extensively throughout EMEA & APAC regions expected over time
Basic Qualifications
11. Outstanding ability tomunicate with impact in individual and group settings, virtually and in person
12. Proven interest and experience in fixed ie markets; money markets experience is advantageous
13. Proven analytical and organizational skills including meticulous attention to detail
14. Excellent, demonstrable writing skills; experience in financial writing is advantageous
15. Outstanding ability to build and maintain professional relationships
16. High energy, self motivated, ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities
17. Positive and flexible mindset, highly entrepreneurial and ambitious personality
18. Interest in international affairs and travel is strongly preferred
19. Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications including Excel, Powerpoint
