Career progression within a well-established dealership groupDuties as a Vehicle Technician:
Carry out fault diagnosis, servicing, and repairs on a variety of vehicles in accordance with manufacturer standards
Accurately diagnose vehicle faults and report findings to the Service Manager regarding vehicle condition, safety, reliability, and performance
Ensure all work complies with quality procedures and manufacturer guidelines
Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail at all times
Assist with technical advice and support to colleagues as required
Adhere to health and safety regulations within the workshop environmentRequirements as a Vehicle Technician:
Fully qualified Vehicle Technician to IMI/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
Minimum of 1–2 years’ technical experience in a franchise-approved dealership environment
Clean driving licence with minimal points
Motivated team player capable of producing high-quality work
Ability to work efficiently within a targeted environment
Experience or accreditation with MOT testing is desirable but not essential
