About the Position
Join Our Cardiology Team at UHCW!We're looking for a dedicated Medical Secretary to support our dynamic Cardiology department at University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust.
In this vital role, you'll provide high-quality administrative support to consultants and clinical teams, helping deliver outstanding patient care. If you're organised, compassionate, and thrive in a fast-paced environment -- we'd love to hear from you!, As a Cardiology medical Secretary you will have an eye for detail, a strong team working ethic and be passionate about providing excellent service for our patients.
You will be responsible for all admin duties within the Cardiology admin service. You will also proactively track patients throughout their pathways until they are diagnosed and have had their first treatment and any subsequent treatments. A significant proportion of this role includes KPI's for the admin service and this needs to be done with great accuracy.
Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality administrative support to consultants and clinical teams, helping deliver outstanding patient care.
* Track patients throughout their pathways until diagnosis and treatment.
* Maintain KPI accuracy for the Cardiology admin service.
* Manage all administrative duties within the Cardiology admin service.
