6. Builds strong, collaborative relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
7. Supports the Church of England’s vision for education and can promote the Christian distinctiveness of our schools.
If this role interests you, we look forward to hearing from you to discuss further.
The main purpose of this role is to work collaboratively and strategically with the Director of Education in developing and implementing a SEND and Inclusion strategy that reflects the skills of the post holder and the needs of the Trust. The postholder will ensure consistency, quality, and strategic alignment in SEND and inclusion, championing inclusive practices that improve outcomes for pupils with SEND.
What the school offers its staff

We are a family of 23 schools united by a shared vision to improve the life chances of all children through Excellence, Exploration, and Encouragement within a distinct ethos. Since our establishment in December 2013, we have celebrated the individuality of each school while fostering collaboration to support approximately 4,000 pupils to be their best.
We take pride in our school improvement support, with most schools achieving a grading of ‘Good’ or better.
Our vision, driven by Excellence, Exploration, and Encouragement, reflects our commitment to overcoming social inequalities and improving life chances for every child in our care.
