Support Workers Wanted | Brain & Spinal Injury Care We're hosting a recruitment event in Clydach and looking for compassionate, committed Support Workers to join our growing team! 00 per hour Shifts Available: 40 per week over five days days (06:45 - 16:30 or 15:00 - 22:15, requires care seven days a week so we can be flexible on what days) What's On Offer: On-the-spot interviews Fast-track compliance & onboarding A chance to meet the team and learn more about our roles Immediate opportunities to support clients with brain and spinal injuries Our client is a young lady in her teens who has complex needs, including cerebral palsy, tetraplegia, epliepsy and peg feeding. She lives at home with her parents and attends school, she enjoys swimming and stories and she loves animals. Due to the client's support needs the successful candidate will need to be female, have a full UK driving licence, have some experience working with complex needs/cerebral palsy and possess the softer skills of being a clear communicator with the motivation and ability to engage the client to build a solid, supporting relationship.
