Your Role: As the Accommodation Deputy Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our accommodation site. Reporting to the Accommodation Manager, you'll lead a dedicated team in delivering high-quality support services to vulnerable young people. Your responsibilities will include: Team Leadership: Inspire and motivate your team to maintain excellence in service delivery. Contract Management: Oversee contracts and ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to provide holistic support to our residents. HR Management: Assist with recruitment, line management, and HR-related tasks. Budget Oversight: Manage service budgets effectively in partnership with the Accommodation Manager. Skills and Experience Required: Strong leadership and organizational skills with a proactive approach. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in computer skills and report writing. Minimum 2 years' experience in hostel/residential work, housing management, or a caring profession. Flexibility is required to support and train the team and as part of on call process. This will include evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays.
