Job Details Sales Administrator – Full time (Crawley/Gatwick) up to £27k MEL Aviation Components Ltd is one of the leading suppliers of aircraft rotables to airlines, maintenance providers and brokers worldwide. As our expansion continues, we are looking for a someone to join our dynamic, growing Sales team as a Sales Administrator. This is a full-time permanent position based on-site. Objectives You will be working as part of a team and reporting to the Regional Sales Manager. You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for sales executives. Our ideal candidate is goal-oriented and has a deep knowledge of customer service best practices. If you have exceptional organisational skills and draw energy from being part of a team, we would like to meet you. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to high quality customer service and achieve sales targets. Responsibilities • To produce sales (inclusive of exchange or loan's) of surplus material to aviation-based companies across the globe • Help assist the workload of the sales executives and other departments. • To use online Aviation databases to gain full and current market prices • Inbound and outbound calls for quoting purposes • Organising and managing a variety of sale inboxes for customer requirements. • Inputting data into the system • Building and maintaining customer relationships • Stay up to date with new products and features Key Skills • Work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support an advantage • Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office • Understanding of sales performance metrics • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills • A team player with high level of dedication • Ability to work under strict deadline Remuneration The salary offered is £24k-£27k depending on experience Benefits Free on-site parking EV charging points All Job offers are subject to a 90-day probationary period.
