A fast-growing services group is seeking an experienced HR Director to join its executive leadership team. The business operates across multiple sectors with several hundred employees and subcontractors and is entering a significant phase of expansion through organic growth and acquisitions.
Reporting to the COO, the HR Director will lead the development and delivery of a scalable people strategy to support rapid growth, strengthen leadership capability, and integrate newly acquired businesses. The role will oversee organisational design, talent development, employee engagement, performance frameworks, and high-volume recruitment across a multi-site operation.
Key requirements:
* Proven HR leadership experience within scaling organisations (500+ workforce environment)
* Strong track record in organisational development, talent management, and retention
* Experience managing mixed workforce models (employees, blue-collar workforce and subcontractors)
* Exposure to acquisitions and post-integration people strategies
* Commercial mindset with the ability to influence senior leadership
* CIPD Level 7 or equivalent preferred
