Job Description
* Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, the Finance Manager, will be responsible for production of the monthly management accounts
* Production of quality monthly financial reporting packs, including full P&L and detailed balance sheet reconciliations in accordance with the Radius Group timetable
* Provide vital support for daily and weekly cashflow forecasting to deliver in a timely and accurate manner
* Challenge the existing reporting and controls providing proactive assistance, support and guidance to the team, to drive continuous improvement and efficiencies
* Assist with audits, corporate tax returns and statutory submissions
* Support with the group-wide intercompany reconciliation process
* Support in business improvement projects, as directed and as identified autonomously
* Lead and develop a team of trainee accountants to deliver high quality performance
Qualifications
* Minimum 4 years’ experience of working in a Finance related role
* CIMA/ACCA qualified or qualified by experience (QBE)
* Technical accounting skills
* Experience of Sage or similar accounting system would be desirable
* Advanced Excel skills – including experience of creating and using Pivot Tables and V-Look Up
* Experience of fostering strong working relationships within the finance team and across the organisation.
