Qualified solicitor or experienced fee earner with criminal law experience.
Police Station Accreditation qualification is desirable.
Higher Court advocacy experience is a bonus, though not essential.
Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload while juggling non-casework responsibilities.
Strong communicator with a client-focused, professional approach.
Committed to compliance, accurate record-keeping, and efficient billing.
Team player with a collaborative approach to colleagues and support staff.
Willing to get involved in business development and help grow the department.
