About The Role
An opportunity has arisen in the Sheltered Housing team for a caretaker responsible for the general maintenance and upkeep of the communal areas in our sheltered schemes.
What will you be doing?
Responsible for general site security, reporting repairs and maintenance issues, carrying out basic maintenance, and ensuring on-site health and safety inspections are completed, including testing of fire and smoke alarms.
About You
We are looking for someone with good customer service skills and a compassionate but firm approach. You will have good organisational skills, a valid UK driving licence, and caretaking or basic handyperson skills to complete domestic repairs.
