The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant at Influx Search, you’ll deliver tailored search solutions across a specialist segment of the water and broader environmental sector. You’ll take ownership of the full recruitment cycle, from identifying and engaging top talent to managing client relationships and supporting delivery on both single hires and multi-role projects.
You’ll work alongside experienced consultants and leadership, with structured support to help you develop your own niche, market focus and client base.
Key Responsibilities
* Run a 360° recruitment desk, handling both permanent and contract roles
* Source, assess, and engage high-quality candidates through direct outreach
* Build and maintain long-term client relationships, both existing and new
* Support delivery on retained searches and embedded hiring partnerships
* Prepare candidate shortlists, manage interview processes and coordinate offers
* Maintain accurate data within our CRM and adhere to internal workflows
* Collaborate on thought leadership content and contribute to our industry-focused talent platform
What You’ll Need
* 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, sales or B2B business development
* Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills
* Resilient, proactive and commercially minded
* Coachable and able to work both independently and as part of a team
* A personal interest in infrastructure, cleantech, or environmental issues is a plus, but not essential
