What you’ll be doing
Using your experience as a qualified actuary, you'll lead the day‑to‑day management of our Capital and Treasury functions, making sure the group is always well positioned to meet its commitments.
You'll shape a strong capital management framework that brings together forecasting, scenario planning and insights from our FP&A and Capital Modelling teams so that our planning is always aligned and forward looking.
You'll take the lead in preparing high quality capital analysis for our Boards, Executive Committee, Capital Committee and parent company, ensuring everything is delivered clearly and on time. You'll oversee intra group reinsurance transactions, minimum funding requirements and collateral management, as well as ensuring all Lloyd's and Bermuda capital activity meets regulatory timelines.
You'll oversee Treasury activity across the group including funding, cash management, FX execution and the operation of our Treasury Management System. You'll build strong relationships with our banking and custody partners, chair the Investment & Treasury Operations Committee and ensure governance standards are consistently met.
You'll support the Credit Committee by monitoring credit exposures across the business and collaborating with teams such as Claims, Operations and Legal to keep our risk position strong.
We welcome everyone wholeheartedly
We’ve got a truly diverse, genuinely inclusive work environment. We comfortably and confidently bring our whole selves to work, because we’ll be respected, valued and accepted whoever we are. Our Employee Resource groups are safe spaces for people to share their experiences, aspirations and suggestions about how we do things.
