IT Field Technician – Liverpool, North West Location: Covering Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, BradfordSalary: £26-31k plus excellent benefitsRequirement: Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicleWe are seeking an experienced and motivated IT Field Technician to join this growing IT Services team, delivering responsive on-site support across multiple Education Trusts / academies in the North of England.Key Responsibilities for this Field Engineer role:
* Provide on-site IT support, including hardware troubleshooting, device imaging, and software triage
* Resolve network and connectivity issues, and support classroom technology
* Manage and update the IT asset register across multiple locations
* Assist with device refresh projects and software installations
* Maintain accurate documentation and uphold service standards
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to support IT operations and improvement initiatives
Core experience for this IT Field Engineer role
* Proven experience in IT support, including Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills
* Ability to manage workload across multiple sites
* Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
