Job Description
1. Manage all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion.
2. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
3. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
4. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to mitigate delays.
5. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
6. Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
7. Facilitate communication among project team members to ensure collaboration and efficiency.
8. Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Commercial Project Manager should have:
9. A background in construction management or a related field.
10. Ground up experience across multiple commercial construction project types.
11. Proven ability to manage multiple construction projects simultaneously.
12. Strong understanding of construction processes and industry standards.
13. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
14. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
15. Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
