Job Description
We are seeking a Desktop Support Analyst with the following qualifications and responsibilities:
1. Pay Rate: $23/hr on W2 Without Benefits
2. Experience: Minimum of 8+ years in customer service and support of Windows Operating Systems in a global enterprise environment, including software and hardware troubleshooting.
3. Technical Skills: Experience with Windows 11, including new features and updates; technologies such as Active Directory, DNS, Exchange, Citrix; Configuration Management, MDM, Deployment methods with SCCM and Intune; basic troubleshooting with Apple devices; deployment methods including inventory control, security baselining, patching, and software deployment.
4. Additional Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Patching Cycles & Policies (e.g., WSUS, Win10 Update Rings); familiarity with enterprise technologies like Azure, Intune, Windows Analytics, Autopilot; understanding of Office 365/Microsoft 365; active technical certifications are a plus.
5. Certifications and Methodologies: ITIL Foundation and Agile experience required.
