About the Position
* Lead and develop the strategic direction of the Spa and Wellbeing division
* Deliver an exceptional and seamless luxury experience for every guest
* Manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and KPIs to ensure profitability and growth
* Recruit, train, and inspire a talented team of spa and fitness professionals
* Implement innovative wellness programs and partnerships
* Oversee daily operations, ensuring all standards, policies, and procedures are met
* Drive sales and marketing initiatives to promote the spa and wellbeing offerings
* Champion a culture of wellness across the resort for guests and colleagues
The Successful Candidate
* Proven experience as a senior spa or wellbeing leader within a luxury hotel, resort, or wellness brand
* Strong commercial and operational background with a strategic mindset
* Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
* Up:to:date knowledge of global wellbeing trends and guest expectations
* Professional, polished, and passionate about creating transformative experiences
* Positive, proactive, and able to inspire excellence at all levels
