Base pay range
We are looking for a Sous Chef to join us at The Beech House in Amersham

About The Beech House:
Located on Hill Avenue in the heart of Amersham, The Beech House is situated within easy walking distance of the train station. With a large bar and restaurant, a modern theatre-style kitchen with a Josper grill and wood-fired pizza over, and private dining and function rooms.
The Beech House Amersham serves a seasonal, Mediterranean-inspired menu enhanced by specials carefully crafted by a team of chefs based on sustainable, quality ingredients. Traceable from farm to fork, our meat and poultry come from British farms, our eggs are free range, and our fish is responsibly sourced from suppliers approved by the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC).

About You:
* You will know your way around a kitchen, having worked as a Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef previously and be ready for your next challenge!
* You will be passionate about food, have impeccable standards and a great team spirit
* You are ready to support the Head Chef with the running of the Kitchen
* You are ready to assist the Head Chef with leading and developing the team
* You are ready to assist the Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef with the creation of the specials menu
