We’re a global enterprise built on the back of delivering for customers, providing bespoke solutions to problems and going the Xtra Mile.Based in our Milton Keynes head office, our Rail team is one of the most successful teams and we’re now looking for new consultants to share in our success!Key duties:Building and developing positive relationships with clients Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationshipsHeadhunting- identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in workOffering advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training and career progressionTargets: Working towards and exceeding targets that may relate to the number of candidates placed, a value to be billed to clients or business leads generatedBusiness Development: Using sales, business development, and networking to attract business from client companies. You will manage recruitment campaigns within a skill-short market so being articulate and having attention to detail will help with candidate attraction. The talent we are after:Ambition and Motivation: A strong desire to succeedProven track record: A strong background in recruitment, specifically within the Rail/Transportation industry Business Development skills: Experience working in a 360/business development recruitment role Building Relationships: The ability to build and maintain client relationships Excellent Communicator: Outstanding interpersonal communication skills Sourcing Methods: Experience using various sourcing methods, including internal CRM, job boards and social media to identify and screen potential candidates.
