Reporting to: Head of Membership and bhuti/ bhuti founder
Job purpose: The bhuti Head Therapist will is responsible for the smooth operation of the bhuti treatment space at Bingham Riverhouse
The Head Therapist will be responsible delivering holistic treatments, with a focus on massage and for the management and smooth running of the treatments operation.
Key Responsibilities:
bhuti means wellbeing in Sanskrit and is a unique soul health brand offering treatment, wellness classes, and experiences and products.
Treatment Delivery:
o Perform exceptional bhuti therapeutic treatments in line.
o Ensuring the guest journey standards are met in line with Riverhouse & Bhuti standards
o Stay updated on holistic practices to train the team in the required signature treatments and brand treatments
Therapist Rota Management:
o Organize and maintain therapist schedules to ensure full coverage of all treatment bookings.
o Coordinate with therapists to manage availability and resolve scheduling conflicts.
Stock Management:
o Order and manage stock for treatment supplies and equipment.
o Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize wastage.
Maximize Treatment Diary:
o Strategically manage and optimize the treatment diary to increase bookings and revenue.
o Implement promotional strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
o Responsible for achieving departmental budget
Processing Invoices:
o Ensure that all invoices related to treatments are processed in a timely manner.
o Maintain accurate financial records and assist in budget management.
Treatment Room Preparation:
o Ensure that the treatment room is always clean, organized, and fully equipped.
o Maintain a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere for client
Collaboration with Marketing:
o Work closely with the marketing team to promote treatments across the business.
o Develop and implement promotional campaigns to enhance visibility and attract clientele.
1. Collaboration with Membership Head:
o Liaise with the Head of Membership to develop initiatives aimed at maximizing revenue.
o Provide feedback on client preferences and trends to enhance service offerings.
Qualifications:
• Beauty and Massage Qualification to Level 3 or 4
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a wellness environment.
• organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
General responsibilities:
● To undertake any additional duties as reasonably directed by Management.
● Responsible for recruitment and training of team members
● To adhere to company practices and procedures always in particular those relating to discipline, and Health and Safety
● To promptly report any customer complaints to the Manager on duty.
● To ensure good communication with all colleagues and supervisors.
● To handle lost property.
