We are looking for a specialist COP Solicitor (Court of Protection) to manage a busy caseload complex matters.
The firm is a panel deputy for the Office of the Public Guardian and the Court of Protection. It deals with complex issues relating to:
* Mental capacity
* Financial abuse
* Powers of attorney
* Advance decisions
We are looking for around 8 years post‑qualification advising in this area of law and a candidate who lives within a commutable distance.
