About the Role
This is a full-time position, 37 hours per week, £24,050 - £25,012 per annum
Night Sleeping rate £75 per night, weekend hourly rate £14.50 - £15.00. These are paid in addition to the salary, but not expected.

Job Opportunity
We are a small expanding provider with strong core values. We work closely with the individuals we support and hold their wishes and beliefs at the core of our service delivery. We currently have a vacancy within one of our well established properties based in Thornton-Cleveleys. For this particular service, we are looking for individuals who are interested in outdoor pursuits, walking, visiting the beach, playing basketball and any other interesting hobbies that you might be interested in.
We have a low staff turnover as we believe it is equally important to invest in our staff as much as the people we support. We have access to both internal and external training which is available on point of entry.
In return we are looking for individuals who have experience of supporting adults with severe autism and complex behavioral needs. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about this sector and are motivated by providing a quality service. We are also looking for individuals who want to develop and further their own career pathways.
