Your new roleAs an Assistant Project Manager, you will support the delivery of development projects across all stages, from early planning through topletion and handover. Working closely with both Development and Construction teams, you will play a key role in coordinating projects and supporting successful delivery.
Key responsibilities will include:
1. Project Delivery Support
2. Assist in coordinating and delivering development projects across all stages
3. Support planning and building control applications
4. Coordinate utilities applications and infrastructure requirements
5. Assist with procurement and tendering of consultants and contractors
6. Support project programmes, reporting, and milestone tracking
7. Assist with feasibility assessments including planning, technical, and high-level financial considerations
8. Support cost tracking and maintainmercial awareness across projects
9. Assist in identifying and escalating project risks
Due Diligence & Technical Coordination
10. Coordinate surveys, site investigations, and technical reports
11. Support review of planning, legal, and technical constraints
12. Collate and manage project documentation and site information
Stakeholder & Consultant Coordination
13. Liaise with consultants, contractors, local authorities, and key stakeholders
14. Assist in managing consultant appointments and documentation
15. Attend meetings, take minutes, and track actions
Construction & Handover
16. Prepare project documentation and reports
17. Support defect management post-construction
18. Provide site-based support when required
General Support
19. Undertake market research to support development decisions
20. Assist with internal processes andernance requirements.
21. Provide general support to the development and construction teams
What you'll need to succeed
22. Degree in Real Estate, Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or similar (preferred)
23. 1–2+ years’ experience within construction, real estate, or a project-based environment
24. Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
25. Good numerical and analytical ability
26. Strongmunication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders
27. Proactive approach with a willingness to learn and develop
28. Genuine interest in property development
