We're Hiring: Executive Lifestyle Manager to the Founder
London | Full-time | Hybrid (approx. 3 days in-office)
£50,000-£60,000 + 28 days holiday + private health insurance

We're searching for a highly organised and discreet Executive Lifestyle Manager to support the Founder of a leading high-growth luxury brand in London.
This role involves managing both business and personal priorities, including coordinating international travel, VIP events, private appointments, lifestyle needs, and high-level relationships to ensure smooth operations behind the scenes.
* Coordinate a packed, ever-changing global calendar
* Arrange high-end travel, logistics, and events
* Manage personal errands, property matters, and wellness appointments
* Liaise with VIP clients, partners, and internal leadership
* Handle confidential matters with total discretion
* Provide reliable, strategic day-to-day support
What we're looking for:
* 3-5 years' experience in a high-level support role (EA, lifestyle manager, or similar)
* Calm under pressure and solutions-focused
* Excellent time management and communication skills
* Tech-savvy and confident working independently
* Willingness to be on-call when needed
