You will support the management of incoming enquiries, preparation of tenders, and coordination with suppliers and subcontractors to help ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
Travelling outside of the local area will occasionally be required.
Key Responsibilities
* Review and manage incoming client enquiries
* Prepare and submit tender proposals within required timescales
* Support supply chain coordination with suppliers and subcontractors
* Follow up submitted tenders and maintain client communication
* Attend pre-start meetings with clients and internal teams
* Assist with project handovers to Commercial and Operations teams
* Maintain enquiries and records across portals including CEMAR, Bravo and Contracts Status
* Ensure customer service remains at the centre of delivery
* Full manual driving licence
* Strong time management and organisation
* Strong numerical ability
* Willingness to learn and develop within the role
* Knowledge or understanding of the arboriculture, infrastructure or environmental sector
* Previous experience in estimating or administration
