What youll be doing: Orchestrating the floor lead and motivate your team to hit targets and keep things running smoother than a freshly oiled conveyor belt. Process perfectionist keep operations strictly process-driven, ensuring every return, repair and re-route is handled with precision. Metrics track KPIs and performance, making sure the team smashes service levels and customers get exactly what they need. Quality hold the bar high on standards, making sure reverse logistics flows are not only efficient but first-class. Problem-solving spot issues before they escalate, keep clients happy and make sure hiccups never turn into headaches. What were looking for: Proven experience in reverse logistics or 3PL warehouse operations, ideally in a process-driven, quality-focused environment. A leader who knows how to inspire, challenge and support people to do their best. Comfortable with systems like SAP (or something similar) to keep operations ticking. Someone who thrives in a high-pressure, high-expectation environment and enjoys turning challenges into wins. Strong communicator who can manage stakeholders and solve problems without breaking a sweat.
