Electrical FM Mobile Service Engineer
Location: Ideally located on the Devon/Cornish border to cover work sites in either county.
Salary: £38k - £41k (based on skill set) + overtime.
Benefits: Company racked‑out van & fuel card, pension scheme, private healthcare scheme, 28 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays).
Responsibilities
* Handle planned and reactive maintenance, system diagnostics, repairs and minor works across a variety of commercial sites, including the Home Office, stately homes, castles, historic buildings & monuments.
* Work independently, represent the business professionally and provide a high standard of customer service.
* Travel to sites in Devon and Cornwall using a company van and fuel card.
Qualifications and Skills
* 2391 Test & Inspection qualification (advantage).
* Insight into mechanical servicing works (advantage).
* Experience in electrical FM services.
