We are currently recruiting for a Self Employed Sales Negotiator position, for our independent Estate Agency client based in Chertsey.
Responsibilities
* Opportunity to develop into valuing with training
* Sales support
* Registering and qualifying potential buyers
* Generating and conducting viewings
* Canvassing to bring on new properties
* Call outs
* Negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers
* Developing relationships
* Giving advice
* Booking appointments, viewings and valuations
* Always delivering exceptional customer service, Exciting opportunity to work for a fast growing, independent agent who is now looking for an experienced Negotiator to help with their growing business. Very quickly, the business has gained a good presence in the local areas and have fantastic stock levels of properties from £200k - £1.8m, so a great opportunity to sell a mixture of properties.
This is a fantastic opportunity to grow, develop and to learn from a highly successful and experienced agent, offering a bespoke & personalised "one to one" service to their clients. As the team grows, you will grow with them and the successes of the business.
Candidate Requirements
* Minimum 1 years' experience as a Sales Negotiator
* Highly driven, focused and extremely self motivated
* Good time management
* Flexibility
* High level of customer service skills.
* Well-spoken with good telephone manner
* Well presented
* Target driven and ambitious
* Must hold a full UK driving licence and have use of your own car
Compensation
* Basic £23,000
* OTE £40,000+
* Tiered commission
* 8% up to £100k
* 10% £100k+
* £500 for every £50k done
Work Hours & Other Details
* Monday to Friday 9.15am - 6pm, Saturdays 9.15am - 5pm but day back in lieu
* 5 day working week
* Laptop provided
