Adecco Southend are looking for Stock Conditions Co‑ordinator on an initial 6‑month temporary basis. Please note that these posts will be based in the office 3 days per week.
Main Responsibilities
* To undertake administrative and statistical functions relating to the general operation of the Stock Condition Team
* To maintain and update the stock condition database as required
* To facilitate the efficient operation of stock condition surveys by keeping tenants informed and arranging appointments as appropriate
* To report and log HHSRS issues found during stock condition surveys to the relevant department for action
* To maintain appropriate records and key performance indicators, as required; and produce the relevant information on a regular basis
* To liaise with Tenancy and Estate Management staff and other stakeholders or agencies to investigate and minimise non‑access issues where works or surveys are required
Key skills and experience required
* Demonstrable experience of data inputting
* Experience of successfully dealing with customer enquiries
* Strong communication and IT skills
* Excellent administrative and organisational skills
