Description Job summary This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to take their Mechanical knowledge and experience into the working environment. With the appropriate on the job training, supervision, and guidance, you will play an integral part in the function of the Mechanical Section whilst undertaking practical training in most aspects of the Board’s mechanical equipment, supplemented by attendance at college in order to obtain the required qualifications to become a qualified Mechanical Technician. Working alongside experienced Technicians, you will develop the skills you need at the start of your career to enable you to carry out mechanical repairs, modifications and manufacture of new components. This position is to commence September 2025, with an expected duration of 36 months.
