Key Responsibilities for the Workshop Controller:
Supervise the workshop team to maintain quality, efficiency, and profitabilityManage workshop operations, ensuring productivity and compliance with technical systemsProvide expert fault diagnosis and technical supportEnsure first-time fix rates meet customer satisfaction targetsMaintain accurate job cards and ensure all chargeable labour is recordedSupport and develop team members to enhance overall workshop performanceWhat We’re Looking For:
NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & RepairExtensive experience within a franchised dealershipStrong fault-finding and diagnostic skillsAbility to work independently and within a teamStrong customer service & communication skillsIT-literate with experience in diagnostic equipment & workshop systemsOrganised, detail-oriented, and motivated to succeedThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Workshop Controller looking to develop their career in a premium dealership environment.
