We have an exciting opportunity for a Workshop Controller to join a well-established dealership in Southport.
Key Responsibilities for the Workshop Controller:
11. Supervise the workshop team to maintain quality, efficiency, and profitability
12. Manage workshop operations, ensuring productivity and compliance with technical systems
13. Provide expert fault diagnosis and technical support
14. Ensure first-time fix rates meet customer satisfaction targets
15. Maintain accurate job cards and ensure all chargeable labour is recorded
16. Support and develop team members to enhance overall workshop performance
What We’re Looking For:
17. NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
18. Extensive experience within a franchised dealership
19. Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
20. Ability to work independently and within a team
21. Strong customer service & communication skills
22. IT-literate with experience in diagnostic equipment & workshop systems
23. Organised, detail-oriented, and motivated to succeed
