BMS Sales Account Manager
Location: Glasgow or Aberdeen
Salary: Up to £60,000 + bonus + car/car allowance

About the Role
Vantage Consulting are working with a leading organisation in the smart buildings and BEMS sector to recruit a BMS Sales Account Manager.
This is a client-facing role focused on managing key accounts, developing new business, and delivering tailored building management and energy solutions. You will be regularly meeting clients, building strong relationships, and acting as a trusted advisor.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow a portfolio of key customer accounts
* Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent service delivery
* Identify and develop new business opportunities
* Build relationships with consultants, contractors, and end users
* Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
* Forecast pipeline and order intake
* Produce detailed technical proposals and project estimates
* Lead commercial initiatives and support wider business objectives
* Conduct regular client reviews to identify growth opportunities
* Work closely with internal delivery teams to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements
* Proven experience in a sales or account management role
* Strong track record of building and maintaining client relationships
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Commercially aware with a customer-focused mindset
* Full UK driving licence
Desirable
* Experience within the BEMS / BMS industry
* Technical qualifications (electrical and/or mechanical preferred)
* Interest in smart buildings, energy, and innovative technologies
