FOOD (FRUIT) Production Operative IMMEDIATE WORK Location: Sittingbourne - Bicknor Hours: Monday to Friday, 6am - 2pm or 2pm - 10pm Type: Full-Time- Temp Pay: 12.21ph Are you reliable, hardworking, and looking to join a fast-paced production team? We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to support our growing manufacturing operation. Key Duties and Responsibilities: You will need to be capable of lifting to 25kg and able to read, write and understand English as they will be weighing/measuring ingredient from a recipe card, and assisting with batching out finished product Operate and clean production machinery and hand tools Monitor the production/assembly line to ensure smooth running Carry out basic quality checks and report any issues Store goods and raw materials safely - forklift duties may be involved (if licensed) Report any machinery faults or production problems to Supervisors Maintain a clean and safe working environment Follow all health & safety and company production procedures What We're Looking For: A strong work ethic and commitment to punctuality Flexibility to work beyond 14:00 when required Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions Previous experience in a factory or warehouse environment is an advantage If you're ready to roll up your sleeves and be part of a vital production process, we'd love to hear from you!
