An excellent opportunity has arisen within our busy and well-established legal practice for a motivated and proactive Legal Secretary to join our supportive team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and can work independently with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities: Audio typing and document preparation Diary management and scheduling for solicitors and partners Handling incoming calls and directing enquiries appropriately Welcoming clients and visitors at reception Managing incoming and outgoing post Liaising with key external bodies including the Procurator Fiscal Service, Police Scotland, and the Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service Providing general administrative support to the firm's partners and wider legal team Previous legal experience is desirable but not essential. This role could also suit recent legal graduates seeking valuable experience within a dynamic legal environment.
