Plasterer - Void Properties (Social Housing) Job type - Temporary through an agency We are currently seeking an experienced Plasterer to work on void properties within social housing. This is an ongoing role with consistent work available for the right candidate. Role Overview You will be responsible for preparing and refurbishing vacant properties to a lettable standard. While plastering will be your main trade, you will also be expected to carry out general multi-trade works as required within void properties. Key Responsibilities All aspects of plastering, including patching, skimming and full re-skims Carrying out additional works associated with property voids (basic joinery, minor plumbing, tiling, decorating, etc.) Ensuring properties are completed to required quality and timescales Working independently and managing workloads effectively Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Requirements Proven experience as a plasterer, ideally within social housing or void properties Working knowledge of other trades and willingness to carry out multi-skilled tasks Ability to work to deadlines and maintain high standards Own vehicle preferred (travel between properties required) Reliability, professionalism, and a proactive approach If this role looks a good fit, please apply via the link or email (url removed)...
