Job Type: Permanent/Full Time
Location: Newcastle-under-Lyme (Hybrid – 2 days WFH, 3 days in office)
Salary: £45,000-£55,000

About the Role
What you'll be doing
* Design and execute a multi-channel marketing plan encompassing digital, content, event, and partnership strategies
* Develop and maintain a unified and consistent brand identity and strategic messaging across all platforms
* Lead the development and implementation of targeted lead generation strategies aligned with business growth objectives
* Oversee content production to create engaging materials like blogs, videos, and case studies
* Execute digital strategies, including managing social media campaigns, planning email marketing to nurture leads, and SEO
* Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure marketing activities drive effective lead nurturing and conversion
* Manage external partners, including photographers, videographers, and industry influencers, to expand brand reach
* Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance and ROI to drive data-informed decision-making

About You
What we're looking for
* Proven experience in a Marketing Manager role within a B2B or industrial setting
* Willingness to be both strategic and hands-on
* Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand management, and lead generation
* Experience with Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, SEO tools, and CRM systems
* A strong relationship builder with experience of forging productive working relationships with sales teams
* A creative and analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
* Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
