Monday - Friday (7am to 8pm)

A 16‑week programme open to Service Assistants looking to move into management, offering on‑the‑job learning toward a Trade Counter Supervisor role.
Power Up to Trade+
A 12‑15 month programme with a Trade Supplier Apprenticeship at level 2, blending practical and online learning to become a Trade+ Sales Supervisor.
Trade Up to Branch Manager
Over 15 months of close supervision and structured learning to run a store. By the end, you’ll have a Level 4 Retail Manager Apprenticeship and strong team‑motivation knowledge.
