Description
Key Accountabilities
1. Ensure products display according to the Company image standards and current guidelines partnering with regional/WW visual team
2. Prepare the previously selected merchandise to be displayed in the windows and manage the product change for every rotation
3. Discuss the rotations and implement the store zonings for each product category in close collaboration with the store staff and merchandising team, proposing alternative products in case of product shortage and validating the zoning with the merchandising team and WW visual
4. Check windows and store maintenance and environment, ensuring that lighting, props, and furniture are in excellent conditions. Reorder props and visual merchandising tools where necessary and constantly monitor the stock of the tools.
5. Partner with store management to effectively support current business trends with visual needs making sure key products are selected and well displayed.
6. Share qualitative and photographic feedback after each rotation with the merchandising team and with WW visual.
7. Ongoing training of store staff to maintain visual merchandising standards (such as permanent and seasonal visual merchandising guidelines).
Key Requirements
8. Some experience in a Visual Merchandiser role within the Fashion & Luxury industry
9. Creative hand and aesthetic sense with ability to research and communicate ideas to drive visual standards within the given guidelines
10. Excellent communication skills and ability to interface regularly with at all levels of the business and follow up on feedback to drive commercial success
11. Computer literate, including excellent knowledge of Microsoft tools (Word, Excel & PowerPoint). Knowledge of Photoshop would be considered a plus
12. Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
