Were looking for an exceptional Head of Food & Beverage to lead our growing operation and shape the future of our hospitality offer.
The Role Youll provide strategic, inspirational leadership across all F&B operations at Storyhouse and Grosvenor Park Open Air Theatre. Hospitality is central to our income, our artistic ambition and the experience we offer our communities and youll be the driving force behind its success.
As part of the Extended Leadership Team, youll help shape organisational strategy, ensuring our F&B offer reflects our values, creative programme and commitment to accessibility and inclusion.
What Youll Do Lead a commercially successful, sustainable and distinctive hospitality operation.
Deliver a clear F&B vision with exceptional quality, service and innovation.
Grow revenue, diversify income streams and maintain strong financial controls.
Build, motivate and develop a high-performing, customer-focused team.
Use data and KPIs to drive operational and commercial decisions.
Ensure compliance with food safety, health and safety and licensing requirements.
Oversee EPOS systems, stock management, pricing and cash control.
Embed accessibility best practice across all customer-facing services.
What Were Looking For Minimum three years senior management experience in a fast-paced, high-value F&B or hospitality environment.
Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop large operational teams.
Strong track record of delivering profitable commercial growth.
Experience managing budgets, setting sales targets and driving business development.
Confident using data and performance metrics to inform decisions.
Knowledge of relevant legislative and regulatory frameworks.
Experience managing EPOS, stock and cash control in a complex trading environment.
Commitment to accessibility, inclusion and outstanding customer experience.
