Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, a leading industry business, to recruit for a Procurement Administrator on a full-time, permanent basis. Our client provides bespoke products all over the world. The Role
1. Provide administrative support to the procurement team, including high level data entry, reporting and documentation for the import of goods.
2. Processing of invoices and PO's.
3. Ordering tracking and liaising with suppliers.
4. Maintaining supplier records, order quotations and giving details on lead times.
The Person
5. High level administrator, ideally working within a similar role in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
6. Ability to build strong relationships with both internal departments and customers.
7. IT proficiency and presenting with a positive and can-do attitude.
8. Manage your time efficiently with the ability to work under pressure and within strict time frames.
The package for this role includes a starting salary of £26,000. Based in Belfast, this is a hybrid role with flexible working from home arrangements - making it highly attractive.
