Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor (Front of House) - Part‑Time
Location: Signature Restaurant, Bolton College, Deane Road Campus
Term: Temporary - until 3rd July
Hours: Part‑Time - Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10:00am - 2:00pm (additional hours may be available)
Pay Rate: £14 - £15 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay)
Start Date: ASAP
A valid Enhanced DBS Certificate registered on the DBS Update Service is essential for this role.

Position Overview
Bolton Talent Solutions is seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Restaurant Supervisor to support the day‑to‑day running of Signature, Bolton College's on‑site training restaurant.
This is a part-time, student‑focused role, ideal for someone with strong hospitality experience who thrives in a teaching, coaching, and mentoring environment. You'll be the lead Front of House professional during service, guiding catering and hospitality students as they develop real‑world customer service skills.
You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth, professional service while helping students build confidence, capability, and professionalism in a live restaurant open to the public.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and supervise all Front of House operations, including set‑up, service, PDQ/cash handling, and close‑down
* Manage the flow of service and act as the FOH lead during opening hours
* Coach, support, and mentor students throughout service to uphold excellent customer service standards
* Maintain a safe, welcoming, and professional environment for students, staff, and guests
