Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader, located in Buchlyvie. The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating team activities, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring that goals are met. The role involves mentoring team members, resolving conflicts, providing regular updates to senior management, and continuously seeking ways to improve processes and efficiency.
