Duties & Responsibilities Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring efficient stock handling, order fulfilment and effective use of the warehouse management system. Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock audits and investigation of discrepancies. Lead, coach and develop Team Leaders, promoting a strong team culture and high performance. Plan warehouse capacity and resources to support seasonal peaks and maintain operational efficiency. Ensure full compliance with health and safety procedures, carrying out audits and promoting safe working practices. What Experience is Required Proven experience managing operations within a warehouse or distribution environment. Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and overseeing inventory control processes. Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing warehouse teams.
