Anexciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced business analysts withinthe Informatics Department at Leeds Teaching Hospital Trust. This is an opportunity for a highlymotivated and professional individual to join the Key System Improvement Teamand work collaboratively with all stakeholders to deliver digital projectsand programmes.
1Fixed term contract until 31st May 2027
Youwill be an experienced senior BA with over 5 years experience at this level,who will work with technical, clinical and non-clinical stakeholders tosupport the delivery of digital projects and programmes. The postholder willbe experienced in utilising appropriate tools and business analysismethodologies whilst aligning to the departments project delivery lifecyclemethodology (PDLC).
Main duties of the job
Youwill need to work effectively across a wide range of stakeholders includingtechnical colleagues, senior clinicians, partner organisations and suppliersworking across both agile and waterfall methodologies.
Theideal candidate will have over 5 years experience at a senior level ofworking within complex digital programmes across multiple work streams andorganisations. You will have worked closely with project managers and teamsand have a strong focus on using business analysis to support delivery.
Youwill also be able to coach and mentor junior or less experienced members ofstaff.
Thesuccessful applicant will bring strong leadership, communication, andinterpersonal skills, along with sharp critical thinking, sound reasoning, akeen eye for detail, and a proactive, enthusiastic approach..
