We are a leading Northern Ireland Building Services company with an excellent reputation stretching back to 1926. Due to continued growth, we have a vacancy for a Payroll and Admin Assistant to join a strong and stable company.
Responsibilities
* Completion of weekly payroll to include checking timesheets, adding hours to Eque2 Construct and Sage 50 payroll for weekly submission.
* Ensuring that Contract folders are opened and kept up to date.
* Assist with H&S Duties.
* Assist with audits for example health and safety, environmental and quality.
* Maintain the vehicle schedule including booking services, MOT’s and monitoring fuel cards.
* Booking travel and accommodation.
* Ordering PPE/uniforms as required.
* Provide support to purchase ledger in busy periods - including posting purchase invoices, sub-contract invoices, matching invoices to purchase orders, following up purchase invoice queries and correspondence with suppliers.
* General assistance to our office team.
Skills and Qualifications
* Sage 50 payroll.
* Sage 50 accounts.
* Eque2 Construct.
* Previous experience in construction.
