The Role: In this fee-earning position, you will primarily manage a caseload of residential property transactions, encompassing: Sales and purchases of residential propertiesFreehold and leasehold transactionsRe-mortgages For candidates with dual experience, there is the potential to engage in commercial property work, which includes: Acquisitions and disposalsRefinancing, leases, and renewalsConditional contracts, option and promotion agreements, and development agreements In addition to handling transactions, you will be responsible for: Expanding and nurturing a network of clients and referrersCollaborating with partners to enhance the business development strategyContributing to the growth of the property team practise The Candidate: We are looking for a qualified solicitor or professional equivalent with approximately 3+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
