Electrician (Level 3)Site-Based Role | Temporary to PermanentYour New CompanyAn established organisation operating within a secure, maintenance-led environment is seeking a qualified Electrician (Level 3) to join their on-site facilities team. This is a stable, long-term opportunity within a structured and safety-focused setting.Your New RoleYou will be responsible for delivering both planned and reactive electrical maintenance across a large and varied estate. This is a hands-on position where you will ensure all electrical systems are operating safely and efficiently, in line with statutory regulations and best practice.Key duties include:Carrying out maintenance, fault finding, and repairs on electrical systemsCompleting installations, testing, and commissioningResponding to service requests via CAFM systemsConducting inspections and quality checks, including work at height and in confined spacesEnsuring all work is properly recorded and loggedSupporting the safe operation of the site, including supervising others on tasks where requiredWorking alongside contractors and ensuring adherence to site proceduresMaintaining compliance with health & safety and security standardsWhat You'll Need to SucceedEssential:NVQ Level 3 in Electrotechnical Services (or equivalent)18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671)Strong understanding of electrical maintenance and installationsDesirable:Experience in commercial or industrial environmentsKnowledge of planned preventive maintenance (PPM)Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar electrical roleLegionella awareness (L8) - training can be providedWhat You'll Get in Return£30.39 per hour via Umbrella companyStructured working environment with clear proceduresOpportunities for training and developmentSupportive, team-oriented cultureWhat You Need to Do NowIf you're interested in this role, click 'Apply Now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or contact Gavin at Hays Specialist Recruitment for a confidential discussion..
