We are seeking applications from dynamic and committed individuals who have a passion for training and development. If you have a working knowledge of and highly developed skills within the specialty of CAMHS and a desire to cascade these to others, then this post is for you!
You will work closely with the Training and Workforce Development Co-ordinator, and a range of Care Group and Multi-Agency colleagues creating and delivering training sessions, which will enhance the quality of clinical practice and positively contribute to the future Children and Young People's Mental Health and Multi-Agency workforce. With the growth of new roles within the workforce, you will play a key part in supporting the planning, implementation and delivery of various training projects.

Main duties of the job
1. Assisting the CAMHS T&WDC to support the management of training and workforce development in the division and amongst City Wide colleagues
2. Contribute to reviewing and developing of training and education programmes
3. Deliver training and education programmes
4. Contribute to the provision of a comprehensive learning and development strategy ensuring it is designed to build capacity and capability.
5. Work directly with divisional teams and individuals to ensure practice is of the highest standard
