An exciting opportunity is now available to join Specialised Surgery Care Group as a Quality and Safety Facilitator.
Responsibilities
* Working closely with the Directorate Teams and Divisional Governance Manager, the successful candidate will support the Specialised Surgery Group in the co‑ordination and delivery of governance and quality across Trauma & Orthopaedics, Spinal Surgery, Neurosurgery, Cardiothoracic Surgery and Major Trauma to implement the Trust's Governance and Quality agenda, including the Trust Risk Management and Assurance Strategy.
* To support the delivery of a robust governance and quality framework which ensures that systems for learning and improvement are in place, effective and monitored.
* To be a point of contact for the Directorate providing Governance and Quality support and advice when required.
* To support with developing systems and processes to monitor and improve outcomes in line with the Quality and Governance Agenda.
* To support the Service Line Management structure to ensure that Governance and Quality are fully integrated into the Directorate objectives.
